FANTASTIC GROUP DESIGNED JUST FOR YOU!!!!!! Reading Circle is a charitable group designed for girls under 45. We have a get together every couple of weeks and have a great fun time doing a variety of activities, and, importantly, doing some good stuff for local charities too. If we can combine fun and fundraising so much the better. This year we've already had several nights in with cocktails and tea (not on the same night), burnt calories on a walk before heading for a pub lunch, had fab meals out including a curry in Southall, and even had civilised nights in with silly games and a movie! We’ve just recently organized a Bollywood night to raise money for a toilet block in a school in India (otherwise the girls drop out of school when they reach puberty) plus we got to dress up in saris! Circle is all about making new friends, trying new experiences and getting some me time. Fun, friendship and fundraising is what it is all about. We are currently relaunching with some fresh faces and new members, so if you’d like to come along and find out more about what we do, then please contact me!!!

Round Table is a constantly evolving organisation, our motto is Adopt, Adapt and Improve and we have been doing so since 1927.
** Caversham Round Table is part of the National Round Table members organisation, which has over 500 clubs around the UK as clubs in over 65 countries, in every continent in the world. We are all about seeing friends, having fun, having a pint and getting involved in our local communities.
** Here, in Reading we do things like archery, bowls, day-trips, micro-lighting, slot-cars, wine tasting, hover-crafting, brewery trips plus in 2011, our Caversham Round Table 40th re-union party! We’ve helped out at the Caversham Festival, aided with Ascot’s huge Fireworks show, cleared RBH gardens, done street collections and donated the money to help local projects as well as local families.
** The energy that people bring to Round Table is what makes it: we encourage our members to be pro-active right from the start. “I’ve done things I’d never have done and formed great friendships along the way” – Pascal, Round Table member.
We always welcome fellow members, no matter who they are or where they come from.
