| DAISY'S DREAM |
|
|
Daisy’s Dream supports children and their families both facing and following bereavement throughout Berkshire and the surrounding areas.
The death of a significant person in a child’s life can be devastating and difficult to understand.
We offer support and advice to families, professionals and anyone concerned about a grieving child.
Death is a normal part of life. But for a child the death of a close relation can be hard to understand. Adults may try to protect children from the fact of death, believing that they are too young to understand or that they will be too upset.
Yet we know that children can learn to cope with death when they are involved and given the appropriate opportunities to understand what has happened and to express their grief.
Based in Twford, but operating nationally.
